Managing your subscriptions is easy. Follow these steps to update, skip, or cancel your subscription.
Accessing Your Subscription
- Go to www.rositausa.com and log in to your account with your email address and password.
- Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" section.
Viewing Upcoming Orders
- Click on the "View upcoming orders" tab.
- Here, you will see your scheduled shipments with dates.
- Click "Edit" if you need to make changes, or click "Skip" next to the upcoming order.
Updating Shipping Address and Payment Method
- Click on the "Address & payment details" tab.
- Click "Manage addresses" to add or edit your shipping address.
- Click “Manage payment methods” to add your payment method.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Click on the "Manage subscriptions" tab.
- Click on the item you want to cancel.
- Look for the cancellation option at the bottom of the page and confirm your request.
Checking Purchase History
- Click on the "View previous orders" tab.
- You will find a record of all completed orders.
- If no orders are displayed, it means there have been no processed payments yet.
Adding New Products to Subscription
- Click on the "View your next order" tab.
- Select "Browse all products" to see all the item list.
- Click on the “Add” button to select the product and follow the prompts to complete the addition.
