Rosita fish oils can be safely sent to you via UPS or FedEx Ground shipping that includes tracking.
The tracking number will arrive in an email to you, once your order leaves our warehouse. This email can hide in spam folders so be sure to check there.

The cost of shipping is a flat fee of $9.95 or it's free with a $75 purchase (U.S. only). Please know we take pride in making sure your orders are handled with the utmost care, and arrive promptly.
Customers are responsible for taxes and duty fees.
Orders shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.
